I think we bought about a 1/2 pound of your beef jerky. You had told us how you make it with no preservatives, so we didn't let it sit too long before we tried some. Jesus H. Christ, I was absolutely floored! It was without a doubt the best, the honest-to-God, A-number-one best jerky I have ever tasted. Ever. I am a long haul trucker and I thought I had tried every type of jerky from east to west coast (U.S. and Canada), but let me tell you that there isn't anything I have ever eaten that can hold a candle to the jerky I tasted from Twin City Meats. The stuff is that good. I have no idea if you guys get fan mail on your products, but consider this one.

During the shooting of the popular North of 60 TV series, the crew kept a supply of our jerky handy and because of our traditional approach, used slabs of jerky in many scenes.
A thousand strips of jerky went on two Everest Climbs. They were chosen because of the taste, the protein value and that fact that they do not freeze. Of all the places that something that we made in our little Jerky Shop in Longview would travel to... this was the wildest destination.
