We are known for our World Famous Jerky, but that’s not all we do. We have won awards for many of our other fine products, which are only available at the store, or if you are in Calgary, we can deliver custom orders.  The Kirk family have been known for their sense of community, their customer service, and the great meat products they offer from the great Alberta ranching community for 26 years.
~ Everything is aged a minimum 21 days. We sell custom cut steaks, roasts and have regular or lean hamburger patties.
